Customer is a well-known French brand for over 20 years. The company is known for the high-quality product based on phytotherapy in France. The brand wished to launch the online sales strategy on e-commerce platform, as well as social media campaigns.

We have leveraged our expertise of e-commerce to establish the online store at Tmall of Alibaba. We have also benchmarked the competitor products, identified the target market and drafted the marketing campaigns and promotion activities.

We have closely managed the online store in comprehensive ways by managing the customer service, and by monitoring the online transaction KPIs such as visit rate, conversion rate and GMV.

At the same time, we have also managed the social media campaigns on major platforms such as RED and Tiktok. We manage directly the marketing budget and leverage the medical KOL resources to promote products in China.
