Revamping a natural personal care brand’s marketing strategy and brand positioning
A natural well-being brand specialized in clean beauty, aimed to penetrate into Chinese market and solidify their position as a leading brand in clean beauty. RougeLink helped them develop strategic entry, reformulate product offering for local market’s needs.
We leveraged our strong marketing, media and CRM expertise to overhaul the brand’s strategy in China. In particular, we redefined the brand positioning and branding offering through rebuilding its identity and branding message. We also redesigned key marketing campaigns and executed on live-streaming and social media platforms.
A key campaign calendar was created to support new branding identity, while cross-channel marketing budgets were reallocated and campaign briefs were recreated. Our work covered the full digital value chain including marketing strategy, KOL collaboration, CRM, acquisition media planning and budgeting, brand identity, digital advertising creative, and experience design and content.
